Montres Corum is one of the few remaining elite, independent and global Haute Horlogerie designers, manufacturers and marketers of Swiss luxury timepieces. Founded in 1955 in the legendary Swiss watch valley of La Chaux-de-Fonds, Corum has successfully repositioned itself as an exclusive Haute Horloger by focusing on Patrimony movements, and on its unique and iconic Bridges and Admiral’s Cup collections.

Vendôme Global Partners was the financial advisor to Corum in its sale to Citychamp Watch & Jewelry Group, a Hong Kong publicly listed group with investments in watches, real estate and other activities. The acquisition represents one of the first luxury goods, cross-border transactions involving a Chinese entity.
